ALLSHARE S.A. is the French subsidiary of ALLSHARE B.V., a Dutch company, created in 1987. with a staff of 140 and a consolidated Turnover of   20 M€ in 2005.

 

ALLSHARE B.V. is the leader in the Dutch Personnel Administration Software Market with its integrated system Personnel/View and also delivers end-to-end software solutions for the banking industry.

ALLSHARE S.A. has a staff of 20 and a Turnover of 2.8 M€   in 2005.

 

ALLSHARE S.A. is held at 56 % by its two Chief Operating Officers, Mister Pierre GIROS and Mister Xavier DELAPORTE. The remaining 44 % of the shares are held by ALLSHARE B.V. who contributes with its technical and development center in the framework of JAGUAR 2000, ALLSHARE’s Market Financial and Sales Management Solution dedicated to the French Aerospace and Defense industry

ALLSHARE S.A. has two major activities:

  • Editor of the Scénario Suite , a Global Financial & HR Performance Management Suite composed of two dedicated modules:
      • Scénario/FI ® a Corporate Economic and Financial Business Simulation, and Planning & Budgeting Process Management solution.
      • Scénario/RH ®   a Corporate Wage Bill Simulation, and Personnel Costs Planning & Budgeting Process Management solution.  
  • Editor of JAGUAR 2000 : Market Financial and Sales Management Solution for the Aerospace, Defense and I.T. industries.

History


ALLSHARE S.A. was created in 1992 by the acquisition of the Engineering Department of McDonnell Douglas IT Systems.

 

The historical Market Financial and Sales Management System Jaguar was kept by the newly formed entity and in 2000 ALLSHARE S.A. launched JAGUAR 2000, today in production at various subsidiaries of the THALES Group and Eurosam.

 

From the beginning the members of ALLSHARE S.A. are experts in the fields of Management Control and Market Financial Management.

 

ALLSHARE S.A. specialized in consulting and integration services around Management Control and Financial and EIS solutions from editors such as ORACLE Financial Analyzer for major companies such as Club Méditerranée, AREVA, Société Générale, Daimler-Chrysler, TotalGaz, O.N.E.R.A. …

 

This expertise, together with a long experience in Project Management, whether directly or in association with major consulting companies such as  PriceWaterHouseCoopers, Cap Gémini, Ernst & Young, Accenture…, guaranteed our customers a successful implementation of their financial and EIS systems ... with no delays !

 

In 1993, ALLSHARE S.A. launches distribution of Personnel View, the leader in the Personnel Administration Software Market designed and developed by ALLSHARE B.V.

 

It is this experience that enabled ALLSHARE S.A. to acquire its expertise in Human Resources Management which came to reinforce the other historical domains of expertise: Financial Management, Financial Control and Sales Management.

 

In 1998, the combination of these factors led ALLSHARE S.A. to design, develop and edit a software suite named Scénario®. The Scénario Suite® is today distributed in the Netherlands by ALLSHARE B.V., in the German-speaking countries by Tetrade A.G. and in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary by Sophia Solutions s.r.o.

 

Our Strategy


Historically the activity of ALLSHARE S.A. was centered around consulting services for the decision-making departments of majour accounts such as Thalès, Areva, Club Méditerrannée or Daimler-Chrysler.

 

Since 1998? when we started marketing he Scénario Suite, ALLSHARE S.A.has gained about one hundred new customers such as ISS-Abilis, Lowe-Lintas, Groupe SAUR, Groupe SEB, AXA-Tech, Galéries Lafayette, Sanofi-Aventis, Autoroutes du Sud de la France, Heinken, Rémy-Cointreau, Crédit Agricole Asset Management, Caisse d'Epargne IXIS CIB, Groupe France Télévisions, AZUR-GMF, Groupe Danone, Dassault Systèmes, Gras Savoye, Groupe Daher, Arianespace, Caisse des Dépôts Consignations, Groupe Bel...

 

To gain the confidence of our customers – all major accounts – our strategy consists in offering dedicated software solutions tailored to meet precise customer needs.

 

To achieve this, we have developed a series of setup wizards and management rule libraries which are periodically updated in the modules of the Scénario Suite.

 

Second element of this strategy is the customization and management of the implementation project: each is examined and followed thoroughly with an aim to offering a tailored service to our customers, adapted to the size of the company, and taking into account all dimensions of the project.

 

This includes training, specifications, integration in the information system of the company, setting up, deployment, use'sr manuals, and follow-up once the application is up and running.

 

Throughout the project, ALLSHARE S.A. is able to propose you a unique counterpart who will adapt the training to our product to your specific needs and ensure the application's follow-up with the insight of the one who created the application in close collaboration with your teams.

 

Also, in order to enable you to keep control of the overall cost of the project, ALLSHARE S.A., proposes you a fixed price for its implementation phase.

 

Quality of Service


Quality of Service throughout time : This is what we are most proud of. And the reason why major accounts have been renewing their confidence in us for years. They know that our engagement towards them is permanent and not only until they choose us. They know we will accompany them throughout the life cycle of our applications.

This argument is more than a sales pitch ; to prove it, we systematically propose to our customers a contractual approach to our software implementation projects.

 

High Profile Consulting Team: The average age of ALLSHARE consultants is 32. They all have a real market experience and have all worked at least once for a major account occupying positions related to financial controlling before working for ALLSHARE.

 

Our consultants choose ALLSHARE because we give them the opportunity to lead a variety of implementation projects of our innovating software solutions in major accounts  To these reasons we could add some others that make us different from the rest of the consulting companies such as the possibility for them to lead projects from beginning to end, to  personalize their relationship with our customers. 

 

It is probably these last reasons that result in the extremely low level of turnover of our teams (less than 10 % in the past 5 years).
